Courier Fees and Delivery FAQ

Q: How do I pay for the courier?

A: The courier fee is paid directly to the courier upon delivery. Most customers pay the courier fee by cash although the couriers do carry card machines

Q: How do I give the courier my contact details?

A: Once you have purchases your item/s through the website and entered your address and contact information, we will then forward this on to the courier on your behalf.

Q: how do I arrange delivery time?

A: Once we have forwarded on your information the courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time.

Q: Is the courier experienced in moving furniture?

A: The Couriers we use are fully insured and experienced.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Deliveries are complete within 1 to 14 Days.

Q: When will I know the courier has my order?

A: At Checkout Select own collection even if using the courier, We will then contact you to let you know the courier has been instructed.

Q: How do I find out the progress of my delivery?

A: We will keep you informed and let you know when the courier has collected from us.

Q: If I buy multiple items how will that affect the courier price?

A: Couriers are fair in their pricing structure. For example If you purchase a table and 6 chairs

for delivery to LONDON POSTCODE WC  then add a extra item say a small console table

to your basket, he will not charge extra. The fee will still be £55.
